We will begin with Kundalini Osho Mediation: Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to "melt" the rock-like being, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked. Then that energy can flow, dance and be transformed into bliss and joy. The last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, to move upwards into silence. It is a highly effective way of unwinding and letting go.


Then when we are fully relax we would go for a Journey to Awaken the Senses

Listen to the quiet whispers of your own body. Shhhh.....

When we fully experience our senses, we enter into the heart, into love with existence. And instead of thinking about and analysing the world, we love it, we feel it, we become a part of it. We experience the bliss, ecstasy and deep fulfilment that can come to us through our senses.

To practise this, we do a ritual that awakens each sense in turn and allow ourselves to absorb this bliss in our hearts. This is a totally yummy, luscious and deep meditation that touches the body, heart and soul. For anyone who wants to expand the experience of their senses or use the body as a gateway to the self. Done to each other it is great way to connect and feel gratitude and more love, sympathy to Your partner. It bring a child in us, a child who is playing in the adult games of love... ;)

Please bring a yoga mat if You have dress the clothes what You can dress out as much as possible while still feeling comfortable.

Osho on this ritual:

"Let your senses be joined to the heart, not to the head. Try this with all the senses, and feel more and more that every sense goes into the heart and dissolves into it.
The heart is the lotus. Every sense is just the opening of the lotus, the petals of the lotus. Try to relate your senses to the heart first. Secondly, always think that every sense goes deep down into the heart and becomes absorbed in it. When these two things become established, only then will your senses begin to help you. They will lead you to the heart, and your heart will become a lotus."

Love Yourself "We begin with one of the most profound sutras of Gautama the Buddha: 'Love yourself…'

"Just the opposite has been taught to you by all the traditions of the world, all the civilizations, all the cultures, all the churches. They say: "Love others, don't love yourself." And there is a certain cunning strategy behind their teaching.

"Love is the nourishment for the soul. Just as food is to the body, so love is to the soul. Without food the body is weak, without love the soul is weak. And no state, no church, no vested interest, has ever wanted people to have strong souls, because a person with spiritual energy is bound to be rebellious.

"Love makes you rebellious, revolutionary. Love gives you wings to soar high. Love gives you insight into things, so that nobody can deceive you, exploit you, oppress you. And the priests and the politicians survive only on your blood – they survive only on exploitation. All the priests and all the politicians are parasites.

"To make you spiritually weak they have found a sure method, one hundred percent guaranteed, and that is to teach you not to love yourself. If a man cannot love himself he cannot love anybody else either. The teaching is very tricky. They say "Love others," because they know if you cannot love yourself you cannot love at all. But they go on saying, "Love others, love humanity, love God, love nature, love your wife, your husband, your children, your parents, but don't love yourself" – because to love oneself is selfish according to them.

A practicing Tantrika, occultist, therapist and artist. She received initiation into Tibetan Buddhism's Highest Yoga Tantra by H.H. the Dalai Lama and into Dzogchen, by Lama Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche.

Lila Lilith travels extensively, studying esoteric traditions from Western magic to Kabbalah, Yoga, Tantra, Buddhism, Shamanism and healing for the last 15 years. She is devoted to researching the roots of Tantra and the lost lineages of Tantric female initiators.

As a therapist Lila Lilith combines her background as a clinical herbalist, shamanic healer, bodyworker, sound healer and Tantric Buddhist practitoner into an integrated therapy customized for varying individual needs.

I've started my adventure as a classical Thai masseuse. After a while I discovered I could also bring my healing qualities into my massages. Then tantra came into my life and it showed me the way to bring my whole heart into my Work. My massages became softer, more tender, more loving, but also more passionate.

I can see so much beauty in You. That's my basic approach. I treat your body as a temple and you can feel it. We connect deeply and intimately in a tantric session with respect to our feelings and boundaries. Every meeting is a unique exchange of energies, with a pleasure of touch and the sharing of blissful state.

And I, Michal Marek Griks would be the main teaching person. I'm experiencing and enjoying tantric love since 8 years. In some point almost one year ago I felt that i learned and experienced so much that i decided to share it with humanity. Since then i gave about 50 workshops I tort about 600 people. At the beginning that was mainly theory about practice but since beginning of that year i started to teach more and more deep practice. General information
The are 3 levels of workshops.

Level one is the basic introduction. Usually during special parties like Cosmic Sunday, Club Lite, One Love, World Dance and Eindhoven Danst. (±1,5 hour)
Registration at location

Level two has more meditative elements in them and emphasises on observing your feelings/patterns and finding your own inner strength. (3 hours)

Level three is for those who can really dissolve during dancing. It has more surprising elements and there is room for experiment.

7. Awareness

Mind can never be intelligent - only no-mind is intelligent. Only no-mind is original and radical. Only no-mind is revolutionary - revolution in action.

This mind gives you a sort of stupor. Burdened by the memories of the past, burdened by the projections of the future, you go on living - at the minimum. You don't live at the maximum. Your flame remains very dim.

Once you start dropping thoughts, the dust that you have collected in the past, the flame arises - clean, clear, alive, young. Your whole life becomes a flame, and a flame without any smoke. That is what awareness is.

Osho A Sudden Clash of Thunder Chapter 1

Commentary:

The veil of illusion, or maya, that has been keeping you from perceiving reality as it is, is starting to burn away. The fire is not the heated fire of passion, but the cool flame of awareness. As it burns the veil, the face of a very delicate and childlike buddha becomes visible.

The awareness that is growing in you now is not the result of any conscious "doing", nor do you need to struggle to make something happen. Any sense you might have had that you've been groping in the dark is dissolving now, or will be dissolving soon. Let yourself settle, and remember that deep inside you are just a witness, eternally silent, aware and unchanged.

A channel is now opening from the circumference of activity to that center of witnessing. It will help you to become detached, and a new awareness will lift the veil from your eyes.

Basic School of Tantra als voortraject voor Rasayana Tantra Academy! + vraag voor andere voortrajecten

Gezocht: tantra trainers / leraren die intensieve voortrajecten willen aanbieden of zouden kunnen aanbieden aan Rasayana prospect studenten? Voor de Rasayana Tantra Academy: www.rasayana-tantra-academy.nl hebben inmiddels 23 prospect studenten serieuze belangstelling getoond. 10 vrouwen en 13 mannen. Er zijn maximaal 22 studentplaatsen beschikbaar voor de eerste leergang. Maar we kunnen qua de door ons gestelde ingangseisen, op dit moment maar 6 mensen zonder meer aannemen. We kunnen niet aan de ingangseisen gaan tornen, omdat dit de minimale ingangseisen zijn door onze accrediteur mede bepaald. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat we kwaliteit afleveren en onze studenten echt wat voor hun eindexamen moeten kennen en kunnen (en dat binnen 1 1/2 jaar). Ik besef dat dit niet echt Nederlands is. Maar onze accrediteur is ook niet Nederlands. 1e jaars studenten moeten 18 jaar en ouder zijn en minimaal in het bezit zijn van een VMBO of Mavo diploma en daarnaast vooraf een degelijke tantra jaartraining hebben gevolgd. Dat laatste aspect blijkt juist vaak het probleem te zijn bij veel aanmelders. Daarom is Michal Griks een verkort voortraject gestart (vanaf 25 mei 2013, aanmelden: mgriks@gmail.com  www.affordabletantra.blogspot.com ) waar mensen die nog geen geschikte tantra jaartraining hebben gevolgd in een intensief traject hopelijk de nodige voorkennis kunnen opdoen. Basic School of Tantra will start already 25th of May, 2013.
Workshops will be every Saturday from 11.00 am. until 15.00 pm.
at Overtoom 301 Amsterdam.
The 7 seminars on basic tantra techniques will cost € 120, 240 or 360 Euro
